HOT YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Course overview
Based on the Bikram method, the course will be led by Michael, Sindy and a faculty of senior and experienced teachers of original Hot Bikram Yoga. It's a a comprehensive and practical training programme, specifically designed to produce hot yoga teachers of the highest calibre.
A significant emphasis is placed upon the student being ‘classroom ready’ upon completion of the programme. By that we mean each graduate can walk out of the training and into any studio in the world with confidence and ability to lead a hot yoga class straight away.
This is an intensive training which will be completed over a two-month period at The Yoga Quarter, a studio in North London.
