CASA OM
Casa Om is a yoga retreat center located in Puerto Morelos, Mexico, just a short drive from Cancun. It offers a tranquil beachfront setting with all the necessary facilities to support a real retreat experience - including a yoga room that can be heated for hot yoga!

Hot yoga, vinyasa and handstands!
We truly believe in the therapeutic power of hot yoga, which is why we are so excited to hold a retreat at Casa Om.
Of course we'll do other things apart from just hot yoga and handstands, but they'll definitely play a big part in the practice - have a look further down for more about the daily schedule.
The retreat centre has a selection of comfortable bedrooms both shared and private, all including amenities such as air conditioning, fans, drinking water, and WiFi.
There are range of other facilities including a well-equipped yoga room, massage room, swimming pool, a rooftop dining area, tub for cold plunge and a kitchen.
Casa Om is across the street from a white sand beach (although there is reportedly seaweed sometimes) - less then a minute and a half away - and the restaurants, cafes and shops in the centre of Puerto Morelos are only a ten minute walk away.

The Retreat
Check-in starts at 3pm on Sunday 26 October.
We will practice a morning and an evening class - one of which will be a Bikram-style hot yoga or vinyasa. We will have daily handstand sessions for the interested and motivated.
Of course, you can practise as much as a little yoga as you want to on a retreat with us! If you don’t want to get up for the morning class, that’s ok. If you want to do everything and more, that’s ok too!
Breakfast/brunch will be provided everyday and dinner on 4 nights of the retreat. There are kitchens that can be used in the retreat centre for lunch and there are plenty of places to get food at the beach, or in the centre of Puerto Morelos.
Casa Om aspires to create a healthy, healing and clean environment and therefore requests – no smoking, alcohol or meat in the retreat centre.
We will try to plan at least one excursion during the retreat - there are cenotes (ancient natural water pools) to swim in, Mayan ruins to explore, boat trips and scuba diving for the adventurous.
The rest of the time you can relax by the pool, at the beach, on the rooftop palapa or wherever you want!

Getting there
The closest airport is in Cancun, Mexico. You are responsible for organising your own flights to and from Mexico, and making sure that you’re up to date with current travel requirements (UK passports currently don't need a visa). You can organise your own transportation from the airport to Casa Om or you can book a transfer through the retreat centre.
